Try connecting the laptop to an external monitor/TV to see if this is related to software or hardware and let us know if the same happens on the external or not.
Thank you for your response. I always have my labtop connected to my second monitor and the problem is only on the laptop screen itself I have never seen the issue on the second monitor.
Ok, so this looks like a problem with the LCD or the LCD cable.
If the system is still under warranty send me a private message with the Service Tag so I can assist you further. Otherwise, you can call our out of warranty department for more repair options.
