15 R3, OC controls failed to load profiles, #2

Hi, I have same issue. This is what I have already tried. I used my service tag and installed the command center, restarted the computer and then installed Alienware-OC-Controls_CK0HC_WIN64_1.1.11.1110_A05.

Restarted the computer and I had exact same error you have.

Then, I uninstalled everything and restarted the machine couple of times. Then installed Alienware-Command-Center_D6HRD_WIN_5.1.27.0_A00 of command center after contacting the Dell Support chat. After installation It automatically asked me to install some missing components and then it automatically installed OC Controls. 

After everything was installed. I restarted my PC and then tried accessing the command center, I don't see Over Clock controls anywhere.

I rebooted my PC and then checked in BIOS, I see that Over clocking is enabled.

Please help..
