15 R3, Windows 10 1909 update, missing GeForce, customizations

Question

My Alienware 15 R3 was acting ridiculous and wouldn't update Windows. So I reinstalled Windows and the updates there but I'm missing just about everything that has to do with Alienware. I have no GeForce. I have no customization options as far as the keyboard lights go. How do I fix this?
