15 R3, wrong LCD replaced
I sent my laptop to the repair service and now is back. They changed some parts included the LCD panel. But I can see that they did a mistake and replace the LCD panel with the wrong one. My original configuration, that one that I bought, was a 120Hz TN+WVA Anti-Glare 400-nits display, this is a simple 60Hz IPS screen.
You have to consider that I bought the laptop in Italy, so my warranty was active during the repair period, and I have at least 90 days (according with Dell's selling conditions ) after the repair service to see if there is something wrong (I have the mail to the support assist to prove that) but the dell's system doesn't recognize this, because the first answer that I receive comes from a bot
Someone know which are my option? Who I should contact and how? Because my first answer came always from a Bot that don't recognize the situation.
Thank you all
