If the drive is set in RAID mode, you may need to pause the install with F6 when indicated.  Copy the RAID driver to the flash drive and drill down until you find the file the installer is looking for.

Under SATA (Intel Rapid Storage Drivers)

Extract the file and copy the contents to your install flash drive.

No RAID. Just need to know what to set in the BIOS so the Windows 10 install USB Drive will recognize the 256GB PCIe M.2 SSD. Just want to format and get a clean install.

Set to AHCI.
