15 R4, can't factory reset
I am trying to factory reset my alienware 15 r4 and it starts doing it but after a while it goes to the choose an option
screen i have done it b4 without a problem please help.

You still having problems with your computer? You were able to do a factory reset?
I'm assuming windows 10 is on the computer?
