15 R4, keyboard stopped working
My laptop keyboard on my Alienware 15 R4 has completely stopped working...again. This is the second time that the entire keyboard has stopped, and last time I had to send it in to get replaced. My laptop is barely 2 years old and I take really good care of it. I used it last night and it was working perfectly fine, then I went to use it this morning and it won’t type anything (the laptop wasn’t moved or touched in between). Is there any problem solving I should try before sending it in? I’m worried my warranty is expired.

Attach a usb keyboard to see if the computer is working ok. If that works the KB might need to be replaced again. If you do not have an extended warranty you might try replacing the keyboard yourself. Standard warranty is for one year.
