17 R3, crashing while playing games
Hi guys I have a huge problem with my alienware. Basically I found 2 games at this moment when my alien crashing. First one is the FarCry 5. Sometimes I can play on ultra setting 20 minutes sometimes 5 minutes and sometimes when I start game to main menu is crashing... also I dont have any error just jump back to desktop. Other is watchdogs 2 and same no more than 30 minutes...
on HW Info i found that my cpu grabing 100 degreese and gpu no more than 70.
my spec is
Intel Core i7-6820HK
Nvidia GTX980m
16gb ram Samsung Dual
128gb ssd m.2
1tb hdd
Basically I have only this 2 games at this moment and both have same problem so I think the other games will be same...
Games is no lagging I dont have any frameless just like this jump back to desktop...
ePSA its not showing any issue same like support assistance.
My power supply is genuine Dell 240watt slim.
Please help me its too expensive laptop to do not playing a games.

If your CPU is hitting 100C then it is overheating and the system will either have a thermal event and shutdown, or throttle back the CPU in order to cool down.

Right this solution what you are give me with this level 3 doesnt work. Basically i open a game and then its freeze and show me yellow screen with sad face. Im change thermal paste on cpu and gpu my temp on cpu is no more than 92 degreese and on gpu 76 max. But still games crashing.... and taking me back to desktop
