Someone previously suggested, testing to see if the keyboard works before Windows boots. Meaning, do those keys work when making changes within the "Bios" F2, or "One-time-boot" F12, menus? His point was that those keys worked fine when making changes to the Bios, but not after Windows booted. Meaning, his keyboard hardware was perfectly Ok....it was a driver/software conflict from a recent update.
