17 R4, BIOS/BOOT issues
Hello all,
I have an Alienware 17 R4 with the 7820HQ, 32GB of ram, 1TB Samsung Evo 980 SSD NVME, 500GB SSD 970 EVO Plus 500GB NVME, and 1TB SATA HD. I have windows installed on the 1TB Samsung EVO SSD, I updated to the latest BIOS and ever since, I've had issues with the PC not wanting to either detect a boot device (have to play around with Legacy/UEFI and add a boot entry into BIOS for the Samsung 980 NMVE then it'll boot. I've tried reformatting this PC several times with a fresh Windows 10 PRO from USB. I have also just downgraded to 1.12.2 BIOS and same issue. In addition, now magically all of a sudden, whenever I boot and press F12 to select a boot option (such as USB) the machine just sits on a black screen after the initial Alienware screen..... Any clue why this thing is doing this all of a sudden?

My 17R4 isn't working with the Samsung SSD 980 and Windows 10 either. I get a critical service failed loop. Remove the M.2 Drive and it works fine.
