17 R4, Face Recognition red light always on since boot

The red light beside the camera NOT THE CAMERA INDICATOR! THE FACE RECOGNITION LIGHT! That is supposed to shine when you log in using the window hello feature. Now after I send it to Dell for repair they charged me 200$ and got a new screen. And now the red light is always on, even during the boot process and in the bios. It does work fine on the first day i got it back, but i am very sure overheating is not ok. It is a hardware related issue and they have never given me a proper solution to this. You guys claimed everything to work fine but now I am pretty sure it is not fine since the spot where its lighting is extremely hot. Unless you guys are gonna tell me it is fine with the red light always on and heating, I hope someone can give a proper solution. Not camera! camera light is white and its working fine.
