17 R4, low GPU usage and FPS?
Hi
17 r4 gtx 1070 low usage and lpw fps i couldnt find any solution. everybody says it doesnt have to be %99 gpy usage cause powerful gpus doesnt need it god **bleep** it is 30 - 40 fps it not even 60!!!

that scared me accually i say 100 C i swear.... but yeah it worked i got better fps in games but that was an horror movie but gpu still not 99 usage and gpu is not hot that as cpu and i think gtx 1070 can get better performance without oc ( lvl 3 ) cause its temp was okay only cpu was going really hot ,, and my laptop battery charger was not enough to feed after overclock,, the energy was going low

That's a huge temperature difference between your CPU cores :v, you might want to have a look into how to fix that if you want the laptop to have stable performance.
