17 R4, nightmare problems

In November if 2017 I purchased an Alienware laptop. My Service Tag is . From the time I received it I’ve had nothing but problems in it, and have had to have it repaired 4 times. Conveniently for you 3 months apart. “All computers are quality tested and validated before they are shipped out, the fact that the first repair service was created on 11/22/2017, the second created on 2/21/2018 the third on 9/5/2018 and the last on 9/17/2018 shows that all but one of the services were over 3 months apart, thus the quality of the repairs was also withing standards.” This is was a support person told me. I am frustrated because not only did all these instances happen while owning your product in the first year. But then as soon as the 1-year warranty was up the battery experienced permanent failure. My product was faulty from the beginning but your support team continues to argue of quality. It was shipped to the facility in Ontario Canada twice, and repaired in Miramichi NB buy an onsite technician twice. Although not all issues are related to each other two of the primary issues were related to power failures and were solved with parts focusing on power and charging being replaced. I have no issue paying $3000 for my product, but I take issue in Dell and Alienware who are supposed to sell quality products not finding that such an expensive piece of hardware having this much issue being some that seems to he not your support teams problem or even going as far as to argue with me facts that I already know! I’m upset in a sad way, disappointed with this company, I thought Dell was supposed to provide a good product, but all they provided me was a very expensive nightmare. Nobody cares about these issues. I’m at a loss, I can’t seem to get in contact with anyone who won’t rudely argue with me, or who aren’t based in India trying to sell me something. I need help. I don’t know what else to do.
