@FEDUP4REALZ  Make sure you're connecting the display to the system's Mini-DisplayPort output, and not using a MiniDP to HDMI adapter.  G-Sync requires DisplayPort signaling (so either DP, MiniDP, or USB-C/TB3) and also requires you to use an output that is directly controlled by the NVIDIA GPU, not the Intel GPU.  I believe the video output on the USB-C/TB3 port on that system is controlled by the Intel GPU, with the NVIDIA GPU only working through NVIDIA Optimus in that case.  So if that's how the display is connected, NVIDIA Control Panel won't show you very many options since it doesn't have much control over the display you're using.  The MiniDP and HDMI outputs I believe are controlled by the NVIDIA GPU, but G-Sync doesn't work over HDMI (except apparently some new variation that only works with new LG TVs and GeForce 16 Series GPUs and above, which seems to be an implementation of HDMI VRR rather than "original" G-Sync).  So the only output on the system that both uses DisplayPort signaling and is directly controlled by the NVIDIA GPU is the MiniDP output.  You can use a MiniDP to DP adapter or cable if needed, but not MiniDP to HDMI.
