17 R4, tactx AWCC keys unresponsive after boot
Problem I have is my tactx keys do not seem to be registering in the alienware command center app after windows boots. They keys work fine for about the first 15 seconds or so during the windows boot process but after its completely loaded the command center does not seem to acknowledge key presses. I have tested the keys with keyboard test by passmark and it still registers the key presses, but switch macro palettes and the macro keys themselves do nothing in windows. I have uninstalled the alienware command center and alienware osd and reinstalled the the current versions with no luck. Other parts of alienware command center still work like changing backlight colors. After many hours of searching I havent had much luck in finding a solution to my problem, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @Seve7,
If the keys are working for at least 15 seconds when you boot the system up, that means that this could be related to a process in the background that overwrites the AWCC. So try a clean boot and boot the system just with the necessary Windows services and the AWCC.

awesome, thanks, figured out what was causing the issue, displayfusion, now i just need to figure out why, it worked before lol, again thanks so much, at least i can try and figure out why.
