17 R5, AlienFX not found

Question

Been struggling with this for a few days but none of my lights are working anywhere on this laptop. I've been searching many solutions of this issue and everyone says to completely uninstall then reinstall but none of this works for me and I have followed every step. This issue began when my computer wouldn't come out of sleep mode and lights were still on so I held down the power button until it shut off. Upon reboot all of the lights are off and I've even tried a fresh install of windows and still same thing. No AlienFX were detected. My warranty ran out on the 16th and do play on renewing in about a week was just hoping that I could solve this before then. Thank you for any help.

I  have the same exact issue on 15 R3. All the diagnostic checks (Support Assist, ePA) check out fine. No warning icons in my device manager either. The AlienFX tester fails and says board not detected.

I keep seeing people tell me to use AlienFX tester but I can't find it in my files

Also, AlienFx Tester is not present in the in the latest versions of Alienware Command Center, that's why you can't find it.

Just tried this method for the 10th time and still No AlienFX. One thing to note is that in the instuctions it tells me to delete tactx and alien fx in document but those folder don't exist in documents.
