Hi @PeteRios Please install BIOS update again, never install update over the internet. Follow the Dell process, download update, verify file integrity of download, then run as administrator to install, Restart (not Shut Down) to load the BIOS. Update BIOS incrementally, one version at a time, never jump ahead to install the most recent version.

Also, Bios update needs to be incremental and not skip.
ex: 1->2->3->4->5
and not
1 ->5.
