If you want Dell Support response, raise a fault ticket so that Dell Product Support know you have a problem and will fix it for you, under Dell Warranty and/or Extended Warranty. Send Private Message to @DELL-Cares and ask for Dell Product Support if your Dell Account does not connect to your support options.

It looks like Alienware Support does not answer our inquiries and keep ignoring us, unfortunately.
I will have to post a strong review and a comprehensive video on youtube about this problem that seems to be constant.
