17 R5, certain keys not working
Ive kind of had this problem for awhile now. My FN key plus mute key short cut stopped working. I didnt worry about it since it was a shortcut. Now my page up key isnt working nor my home print screen. I was playing a PC game earlier today and while in game I hit the escape key to go to the games menu like always to quit out but it was opening my windows start button. I checked to make sure my region was selected correctly and everything was right. My laptop is about 13 months old. Its and alienware 17 R5. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It looks like Alienware Support does not answer our inquiries and keep ignoring us, unfortunately.
I will have to post a strong review and a comprehensive video on youtube about this problem that seems to be constant.

Hi @Jorgerosand @Stoney553 this is a user to user discussion forum. If you want Dell Support response, raise a fault ticket so that Dell Product Support know you have a problem and will fix it for you, under Dell Warranty and/or Extended Warranty. Send Private Message to @DELL-Cares and ask for Dell Product Support if your Dell Account does not connect to your support options.
