Welcome to the Dell Community @fnhdat

You need to make folders on the empty drive "Documents, Music, Video etc."

Then copy and paste the files from c: to the empty drive.

Then set up the empty so it will be the default storage drive.

When asked to save anything in the future point it to the new storage drive.

Best regards,

U2

NOTE:

Dell does not set it up this way at the factory.

It is left up to the owner to make these changes.

Hi @fnhdat  guess that you have recently inherited the 17 R5 and want to know what drives have been installed and if they are healthy. Crystal Disk Info has a good user interface to reveal this information and the top right hand arrow will move to different drives.

It is not clear why you want to move files, etc. Please post why and what you want to do.
