17 R5, keys don't work

Some of the keys just stopped working and I have no idea why. They include the Tilde key or grave accent, F3, F5, and F12. I've downloaded all the latest drivers from Dell and have updated BIOS.

2018 17 R5 model, not the 2009 to 2012 M17x model. Dell-Admin>
