Hello @munexico that is very odd. Please provide your Operating System and what (if anything) has changed after they were working? Thank you.

If your Operating System is Windows, visit Device Manager and have a look to see if there are any warnings. Right click will give four options (update driver, uninstall driver, scan for hardware changes, properties). Click on properties to see device status. An account with admin privileges is required to make changes. 

Hopefully the Keyboard device says this device is working properly. If any of the Devices have an error code, go to Here for list of error codes and solutions.

Hello @munexico thanks for looking at Device Manager and guess that none of the 6 solutions in the link worked for you. Please have a look at Dell keyboard solutions Here & Here to see if any of these work for you. Kind regards.
