17 R5, LED lights and edge lighting not working

I have an Alienware 17 R5. Recently the command center told me it needed to update and ever since then now all of my lights, keyboard, mouse touchpad, edge lighting, all of it has turned off and won't come back on. I've tried almost every solution under the sun. I've rolled back to a previous version of command center, I've toggled the F12 key, I've even gone as far as to do a factory reset but the lights still won't come back on. Anyone have any suggestions? Has anyone else had this problem?
