17 R5, request standalone AlienFX 2.0 application

AlienFX 2.0 application never loads on our 17 R5 high specification with preinstalled AlienFX devices. Have asked @DELL-Cares to get corporate Dell to provide standalone AlienFX 2.0 application, complete with troubleshoot, that is independent of the Windows operating system, and does not check for detection of the preinstalled AlienFX devices.

At this time, AWCC is rubbish and Dell is encouraged to fix it's failure to load AlienFX 2.0 and the AWCC's "missing" Home & FX tabs. 

If any user has modified the AWCC installer code, please share how to get rid of this enduring Dell bug. Thank you.
