All keys are functioning well except like I said, tilde, f3, f12 and page up buttons. "n" sometimes works and sometimes not. With external keyboard - all are ok.
When i run keyboard test, I can sometimes trigger tilde, f3 and f12 keys if i spam it like 20 times. Then on normal usage, its not working again. Some reviews have this problem as well on exactly same keys i mentioned - unless there's a specific cable that connects that keys together that it may be hardware issue.

Same problem with my R4. tilde, f3, f12, and sometimes 'n' key not functioning.
Dell, please release software update for this. its annoying.
This can't be hardware issue as we have exactly similar keys not working.

It’s a hardware and software issue mixed together.
If your keyboard stops functioning you need to check if the cable is damaged or not reseated properly.

I think it’s what you said about the cable connecting all the keyboard keys.
