18 R1, black screen, no BIOS

I need to install Windows 10 on my newly purchased 2.5 SSD. I couldn't enter BIOS and cannot see logo. F2 and F12 are not functioning. The laptop has power. I checked the screen by pressing D and start and is OK. I tried all options in the internet to get into BIOS e.g. disconnecting battery, draining the system power by pressing 30 seconds or 1 minute or 2 minute. I have also disconnected the CMOS, ram, and power back. I have also connected an external screen, but nothing appears and also connected an external keyboard. I believe that I need a way to get some BIOS from internet to boot from and install the Windows and possibly update the video driver, etc.

Any ideas or support are much appreciated.
