The Dell part# is definitely for the M18x 330W power supply. If it has the blue ring then it sounds like a genuine Dell adapter as many of the aftermarket ones don't have the LED ring.
Plug the adapter into your machine and start up into the BIOS (F2). The adapter will be shown on the first page of the BIOS and it will tell you what Wattage it is.
