Alien Head light is not working
Hello Team,
i need assistance with my laptop, The alien head light is not working at all, i have tired all the options including deleting the alienware command center application and folders related to it and reinstalling it as suggested in support page but all lights working except the Alien Head light.
It looks like a hardware issue as i did tried software side and other lights are working
i did tried 2 softwares from march 12th and 20th both not working, My laptop is under warranty till December 1st 2024. Can you help me out with this please

Before our users can assist, they need to which specific Alienware Laptop model.
