I bought an Alienware laptop from a friend, he did a factory reset on the laptop. Now I am trying to start it but it is stuck in a constant loop of asking me to update and connect to WiFi. When I click next even hard lined it goes to a (just a moment) screen then starts all over again. Please help. Thanks
