Alienware 15 R3 - Posible hardware failure?
Hey there, just got Alienware AW15R3-7376SLV-PUS 15.6" laptop and since the beginning I have been having this strange issues, theres definitly something wrong here.
Even for the smallest task the laptop freezes, and after a while I have to press Control + Shift + Esc, and then a strange glitch happens. This happens like every 5 minutes.
I also ran a Video test from the SupportAssist program and it failed.

Does anyone knows if this is a hardware issue or software? What should I do now?

Hi @DvidAE,
Do you have an error code from Support Assist?
Make sure the BIOS is up to date as well as the video drivers.
Also, try running an ePSA/Diagnostic test on the system, click here to view a Dell article that explains how to run this test. Let me know if you receive any errors.
