Alienware 15R3 keeps running into bsod recently

Hi,

My 15R3 has been running into bsod as frenquently as every 30min most possibly after I installed a certain update for win10 or BIOS. My Win 10 is Version 10.0.18362.836 and BIOS is 15R3 1.9.0.

Some codes I can recall is 000021a and CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED. It could occur during most of my daily softwares (IDEs, Zoom, MATLAB or even just browser).

Here are some of the things I've tried but to no solution:

• full virus scan
• sfc and DISM. sfc sometimes reported a corruption but bsod still occurs after sfc fixed it
• hardware check
• reset win 10 while keeping personal file
• updating drivers found by SupportAssist
• reliability history reported that the Dell Digital Delivery thing has been crashing frequently. Uninstalled it and still bsod
• reinstalled BIOS 1.9.0

One thing perhaps worth noting is that I never had a crashing when gaming, which is supposed to pressure the hardware the most and touch more drivers. I can even have bsod with a idling MATLAB which is confusing.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
