Hi

You almost always fix this by making sure all devices are on the same (non‑guest) LAN, Windows file sharing is enabled correctly on the Aurora, and eero isn’t isolating traffic or putting things on different subnets.

  • Is the eero gateway plugged directly into the ISP modem/router?

  • Are you using eero in bridge mode or router mode?

  • Are the machines having the file‑sharing issue all on Wi‑Fi, all wired, or a mix (e.g. Aurora wired into eero, others on Wi‑Fi)?

@anne_droid​ Thanks for the response. Yes, the eero is plugged into the ISP modem directly, and the eero is in router mode. All three computers are on Wi-Fi and all are on the same band of the LAN.
I've almost come to the conclusion that it is a Windows 11 glitch, but I wanted to see if any Dell techies were aware of this being an issue with this particular model of the Alienware Aurora laptop.
