Alienware Battery Troubleshooting KB article

There was a wonderfully crafted support document at:

https://www.dell.com/support/kbdoc/en-au/000178942 that detailed power and battery issues for Alienware laptops, it worked a few weeks ago but now when I visit this KB article I see this message:

The chosen document is not currently available. Please try again later.

Does anyone know where this particular document might be or why it is currently unavailable?

It appears that article 000178942 was archived. I do not see it on the internal KB search. All I can find is = How to Troubleshoot Dell Laptop Battery Issues
