Alienware Comand Center is stuck

Question

Hello to everybody, My name is George and yesterday i bought an Alienware laptop (m15). I updated everything that I was promt to do so (Windows 10 update, Bios update and more) but after this when I click Alienware Command Center it starts downloading updates and then it gives me the message of installing ACCW elements. And this never ends.... The thing is that yesterday and before the updates when I use the laptop for the first time ACCW was working!! What i should do...leave ACCW open for ages, reinstall it?? Any suggestions

Hi George, we would recommend reinstalling the Command Center.

Should the reinstallation be unsuccessful, we recommend rolling back to an earlier version - like this one for instance
