G16 7630, Alienware command center not opening

Hi 

From a while I have been having this issue that Alienware command center is not launching and the macro assigned to my keyboards are not working

This is the message I get when I try to open it

What I have tried:

• Reinstalling the program following the exact steps of the tutorial on the official DELL website for how to reinstall AWCC
• Waiting for the system to boot, even after hours that the computer is on, it's still the same thing

What I have noticed:

• When reinstalling the program works for the first boot, then after the second boot, the same message appears.

• Processor 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-13900HX (2.20 GHz)
• Installed RAM 32.0 GB (31.7 GB usable)
• NVIDIA 4070
• Edition Windows 11 Home
• Version 25H2
• OS build 26220.7344
• Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.26100.306.0
