Alienware Command Center won't install

I uninstalled alienware command center to try to fix another issue. However the issue did not relate to the app. I tried installing the app again. A popup keeps popping up that says to "enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package 'AWIOSmartInstaller.msi". I located the file and then it gives an error says the file is not a valid package for the AWIO installer.
