Not sure what you are asking, because the nature of AWCC not working normally is not revealed. Please provide more information.
Click on Product Support and allow Dell to identify your Model and Revision number. Do not share your private Service Tag or Express Service Code in this public forum.
Is your operating system Windows 10 or Windows 11? Which version of AWCC, and what part is not working normally?
Please click on Kudos to say thank you for response from user that is not employed by Dell. Please share an update on progress, so that other users derive benefit from your experience. Thank you.
