(Alienware control center) fusion / thermals not loading

I have a dell g7 10th gen w/2070 gpu. I can’t get Alienware fusion aka thermals to ever register, only cycling dots. I’ve spent hours uninstalling and clean installations, updating every driver on the laptop, making sure everything is up to date and the problem continues. If I finally get it to register after a clean installation and making sure the “OC control” is properly detected after a day it goes right back to failing to load. I’ve tried everything, advanced uninstallers, methods detailed above. It’s frustrating since the thermals on a gaming laptop should be baked in, I shouldn’t have to spend an hour each day trying to get the thing to work.

Is there a solution more permanent that I am unaware of? Please help. I don’t want to hear someone say use uninstaller software, do a clean installation or check the drivers or for updates because I’m 100% certain I have that covered. I want a solution that doesn’t require any maintenance. Once and done.

I had the same problem once before, my AWCC (masterpiece of a software btw) suddenly stopped recognizing my machine and reinstalling all the drivers wouldn't help

I resloved the issue by restoring my system to a point before my AWCC stopped working.

You could find a turotial on how to restore your system without deleting your files on the Internet pretty easily
