Hello, click the Support tab of this website and search for your keyboard/mouse where it says Browse all Products. Then select Electronics and Accessories and then PC and Tablet Accessories. Find the model of your item and select it and then go to Drivers and Downloads. You will find the right Command Center Application here. Download and Install this version.
It should be the same version for your mouse and keyboard

Hi,
That not working for me, any other software (steelseries, hyperx and logitech etc) working just fine.
