Alienware M15 Good for Creators (Adobe Programs - Photoshop and Illustrator)?

Hello! I'm looking specifically for a new laptop for travelling around for freelance work and playing games and black friday is just around the corner. I've been doing a lot of research but I can't find too much information on how Adobe Programs run on the Alienware m15, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator for drawing? I might work with After Effects and Premiere but mainly PSD + AI as I'm drawing detailed illustrations.

Oh, and what sort of build would you recommend?
