Alienware m15 R2, problem with the Alienware OC Controls

Hi,

For a few months now every time I open the Alienware Command Center I get a notification that says OC Controls needs to download additional components. When it finishes downloading, I get a window that says that the feature I’m trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable and I need to find a folder containing a specific installation package but I can't find it.

When I cancel it says that the older version of Alienware OC Controls Service Installer can’t be removed.

Any ideas as to how to solve this issue?
