Alienware m15 R2 - Support Assist fail
I haven't been able to get Support Assist to work on my AW m15 R2 since I got it (3 days ago), when I attempt to re-install the software I get the following error: "SupportAssist is only for PCs from Dell and Alienware". Even though I'm trying to install it on an Alienware system...
No Events found!

I have the same issue and I don't know how to bypass this error. Dell please fix it ?
