Alienware m15 r7 Support a Nightmare

I've been having issues with my Alienware m15 R7 laptop for months now.  After I was told that it simply can't run Steam, Windows 11, or games not designed for 30 series Nvidia cards, and my case was closed, I reached out to Better Business Bureau for help.

In a few weeks, I received a call from a Dell agent, during hours I said I was unavailable.  (There seems to be some confusion as to time zones).  When I eventually got a hold of her again, she said the previous support member was "mistaken", and that of course my computer could run any games.  However, she was unable to retrieve the needed logs for analysis, as my computer was running too slowly.

She called back a week later after consulting with engineering again (also not during the hours I said I was available), and said I'd need to experiment with the individual profiles for Alienware Command Center to allow my computer to run properly (including for "high intensity" applications like Zoom or Chrome).  She said that the information I was given by support from last month was now outdated, and now I would have to try a new combination of settings.  She said I should always use Overclock1, Full Speed Mode, and High Performance Power settings, regardless of what I was doing, but that I'd have to set up individual profiles for each application I use.  She was unable to load the correct power plan (she seemed to have some difficulty extracting the contents of the folder), so she said I'd have to do that myself.

I asked if there was indeed a specific set of settings to be used, could a Dell tech implement them for me?  I was hesitant to play around with more settings when I have had different instructions from every support tech I've spoken to.

So far, there has been no offer to look at my computer for repair, or replacement.  I am back to using my five year old Lenovo, as the m15 R7 can no longer handle email or Zoom without slowing down or crashing.  The fans never turn off, and I leave it for more than a few minutes, they will go to full speed, crash, and the screen will display "Windows has encountered an unexpected error" when I hard reboot.

Is there any avenue to getting service or repair?  I still have 7 months left on my warranty, but seeing as I started trying to get this fixed with 10 months left, I worry it may expire before I get a working machine.

Temps continue to hit 105C on the desktop, but since AWCC doesn't measure above 99C, support hasn't shown interest in that.

Thank you very much for your help!
