Alienware Support Assist fails to launch
I have uninstalled Alienware Support Assist and reinstalled version 3.5.0
When I launch it, it stays at the following screen for a long while
Then it will error out with
Any thoughts or suggestions on how to correct this?

Make sure to install the latest version which is Here:

You can try uninstalling Support Assist and then reinstall it to fix the “SupportAssist not working” issue. ... Step 2: Now, find Dell SupportAssist and uninstall it. Step 3: Once the uninstall is completed, restart the system and then reinstall the latest version of Dell SupportAssist from the Internet

I have downloaded Support Assist from that link and it hasn't worked. It just keeps loading until I get the error.
