Alienware UAC and problems with Fn+F9 command and fans

Around a month ago my Alienware started having problems where sometimes it would only trigger the Fn+F9 command if and only if the command center was opened. I ignored the problem because it wasn't that frequent. However, this week it stopped working completely. I uninstalled the app and installed the latest version for my system and now the app won't even open. It says that The AWCC service could not be launched because of an AUC problem and that I need to give a permission but I don't now how. All help is greatly appreciated.
