Alienware X17 R2

Hello, I wanted to ask if dell can refund me the money I paid for my laptop, I bought an Alienware x17 R1 last year

360 Hz 1080p, 32 Gb ram, RTX 3070, i7 11th gen which had an issue with a dead pixel on the screen making me contact the support team and after many checks and emails I had to send a technician came to replace the screen, plus recently I had an issue with my GPU memory going to 100% without any load making the laptop work very slow with bad performance, they sent me a specialist again to replace the motherboard with another one which was faulty after that they send another motherboard same faulty, and now they send me this Alienware X17 R2 as a replacement for the old laptop, this one has the same dead pixel on the screen. I could not make the Bios update so I had to email the support company to be able to reinstall the Bios from an external USB flash drive it is a nightmare keep being afraid of something bad that will occur again and again and again, can you please tell me if it is anything we can do I had so much stress keeping in touch with the support team and having many emails with them on which they would ask me to do so many checkings before actually sending someone to repair it it is very frustrating...

While you should ask for repair, you will not get a refund on a system that's more than 30 days old, so do not hold out for that -- it will simply delay the repairs.

Hi @Razvanu welcome to this free user-to-user Alienware laptop discussion forum.

Please visit your online Dell account to create Service Request as a Formal Complaint to be escalated to senior Dell tier to review and authorise full reimbursement. Include a summary of all the Dell warranty activities. It normally takes up to 14 working days for the review and decision.
