Hello. Try using Dell TechDirect. I haven't used it myself but it should be a better option than Whatsapp. I'm in Australia so I can only assume that the following process is the same for your part of the world but it may be completely different.

Click on the Support tab at the top of this page then click Product Support in the black bar under Support. There will then be a TechDirect section at the bottom that you can go into and register for. You should be able to request for Support from here.

It would be interesting to see how/if this works for you so if you could let us know it would be great.

Hi @switchstore  welcome to this user to user discussion forum. This is not dell support. 

The most likely problem is that you have not allowed all cookies and turned off all blocking applications.
