Area-51m R?, keyboard keys lighting

So I'm using the Alienware Area 51 and for some reason, the "L", "O" "8" and "F11" keys are constantly on. Even if I turn the lights off, they don't turn off.

Initially, the color was green but now it has gone dark blue. I was just wondering If this is a software or hardware issue? Like maybe the lights are broken or something?

Would really appreciate some help.
