Area-51m R?, power issue

Question

Quick summary = Again, will work perfectly fine with one adaptor at medium settings at 1080 p. I even tried both ports and ran the game off of both ports independently for hours. (with the 330w adaptor of course). BUT the moment i plug in the 2nd adaptor, i get the electrical clicking and frames with inconsistently go up and down.) Alienware A51  Area-51m R? I9-9900 RTX 2080 32 GB Ram 500 gb ssd 1tb hdd Perfect for gaming. I always had both ac adaptors plugged in while gaming, using full watts (530 w). I could play any single player/multiplayer game on high settings and reach well over 100FPS no problem. Had this laptop for months.  One day, i noticed the frames dramatically dropped and it was very laggy. Weird. Never had this issue. Pulled up the FPS counter and the game was going back and forth between 30-120 FPS very rapidly and inconsistently. Then i started to hear a slight constant electric clicking sound coming from the back where you plug in the ac adaptor into the dc jack.  Thought maybe it was a shorted ac adaptor. Went ahead and bought a 2nd 330w. Didnt fix the problem. Weirldly enough though, if i SWITCHED which dc jack the adaptors were plugged into, it would work normal at 120 FPS no problem for about 10 minutes then it would drop dramatically and you would hear the electrical clicking again.  SO, i started with just ONE 330w adaptor plugged in, on medium settings at 1080p and i could run any game for hours at 60 FPS.  NOW, the moment i plug in the 2nd adaptor (180w or 330w doesnt matter) the frames will shoot up to 160FPS and play like normal for a couple of minutes, then eventually you will hear a constant electric clicking again and the frames would move up and down with the clicking like power isnt getting where it is supposed to some where.  Ran all diagnostics/drivers/BIOS. Everything is fine. Turns on. Boots up. It detects both adapters when plugged in with full power. Motherboard is fine. GPU / CPU fine. Drivers fine. Bios fine. Battery life is fine. I can do everything with a normal laptop. Videos, internet, even low settings gaming. Perfectly fine.  What issue could i be possibly having? i ordered 2 new DC jacks. Ive read a lot of people were having problems with this model and the dc jacks. To see if that fixes the issue. Before i break this apart, COULD THERE BE ANY OTHER ISSUE????
