Hi @christianrod89 welcome to this free user-to-user Alienware laptop discussion forum.
Use ac adapter (charger) to power laptop and ensure that battery has more than 10% charge. Dell BIOS Updates | Dell US.
Having downloaded the BIOS.EXE file Alienware Area-51m System BIOS | Driver Details | Dell US onto the system drive, use the free MD5 & SHA Checksum Utility or similar to verify the checksum value of downloaded BIOS.EXE file, and then Run as Administrator to install. (Never try to install BIOS over the internet.)
Hope that this helps fix problem.

The update fails when I try to do it through Alienware update app that’s why I try to do it manually through the Dell website.

Discussion. My opinion =
For any out of warranty but still functioning PC, why risk breaking the motherboard trying to install a BIOS update?
Especially if the BIOS update only dealt with the overblown exaggerated CVE security vulnerabilities?
