Area-51m R1, keyboard issues

Question

Hello everyone I hope someone can help me, this issue has gotten me with no hope in dell. Let me explain. a few months ago just a week after the warranty expired on my A51M, the following keys and commands stopped working: Keys: F1, F2, F3, F4, F5, F6, F7, F8, F9, F10, FN, CTRL, Windows/Start As well as all the FN commands and CTRL commands, Alienware support has given up on me and won't help me at all, I get all types of excuses, like needing to format, re-installing windows, etc etc, and i have tried it all, when I connect an external keyboard, all the key work on it but not on the laptop, can anyone help me please? Maybe the only answer is-- Replacement keyboards-- https://www.parts-people.com/index.php?action=category&id=151 Check Dell for replacement KB too.
